DESCRIPTION:The City of Chino Hills and Waste Management (WM) will be giving away free compost\, mulch\, and wood chips. The event will be held at The Shoppes overflow parking lot on Shoppes Drive near Boys Republic Drive. Please be prepared to provide proof of Chino Hills residency in the form of a photo ID. Bring your own shovel and container or bags\, no WM containers are allowed. Loading directly into a vehicle\, trailer\, hitchbox\, etc. is not allowed. Due to the popularity of the program\, each participant is limited to 60 gallons of each material.
