Fourth District Supervisor Curt Hagman, San Bernardino County Sheriff Shannon Dicus, and District Attorney Jason Anderson, are raising concerns over the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation’s (CDCR) decision to transfer death row inmates to San Bernardino County.
