City of Chino Hills for a spook-tacular Halloween Trick-or-Treat event at The Shoppes at Chino Hills. Show up in your best costume to enjoy free candy, craft stations, a photo booth, and games while supplies last. Dress to impress to win prizes during the costume contest.
